Next Move Academy

The Systemflagship

The four-week flagship: the full Next Move Theory method built end-to-end on your own product — paradigm to strategy, gated by artifacts, with a product knowledge base your AI agents work on top of.

$1,9904 weeks · artifact-gated · weekly live Q&A · agent skills included

Single courses solve the task in front of you. The System is for the other buyer: the one who's done patching and wants the decision-making machine — so any next task, this quarter or in two years, has an algorithm.

How the four weeks run

1. Weeks 1–2 · Foundation

2 weeks · 8 interactive exercises

The paradigm → customer research → segmentation → value → communicating it. Each step ends in an artifact on your product, reviewed in the LMS. Nothing advances until the artifact exists — that gate is the difference between knowing about the method and having it.

Result: The artifact chain on your product: Job record → segment map → value hypotheses → communication pack

2. Weeks 3–4 · The Algorithm Library

2 weeks · 8 interactive exercises

Launch, rescue, conversion growth, unit economics, the B2B deal, scaling strategies — 16+ playbooks, each connected to the foundation you just built. This is where the one-off courses' content becomes one system.

Result: 16+ algorithms connected to your foundation — your playbook shelf

3. Throughout · The AI layer

all 4 weeks

Every module ships its agent skills, and your artifacts accumulate into a product knowledge base in the method's shape. By the end, 'ask my agents to draft the research brief / value hypothesis / landing rewrite' returns work in your method, on your data.

Result: A product knowledge base in the method's shape that your agents work on top of

Who it’s for

  • You've solved enough one-off product problems to know you're solving them without a system.
  • You're the person your company expects to answer 'what's our next move?' — and you want that answer to come from a method, not a mood.
  • You've read the canon or taken a catalog course and want the full connected picture, forced through your own product.
  • You're building with agents daily and want your product thinking to be as systematic as your codebase.

What you leave with

In four weeks you run the entire method on your product: research, segmentation, value, communication in weeks one and two — then the algorithm library in weeks three and four: launch, rescue, conversion, unit economics, B2B, scaling strategies. You advance by shipping each artifact, not by watching videos. You leave with the system in your head and as a working asset: a personal product knowledge base — research, segments, value hypotheses, offers — in the method's shape, that your AI agents operate on from day one.

  • The full artifact chain on your product: Job record → segment map → value hypotheses → communication pack
  • A personal product knowledge base your agents work on top of
  • 16+ step-by-step algorithms for the business tasks you'll actually face
  • Weekly live Q&A — your product's hard cases, worked

Artifacts run on your product and are submitted in the LMS — an artifact about your business, not a certificate of completion.

What your agents get

You learn the method; your agents in Claude Code and Codex get the same algorithms as installable skills. The team that learns is you plus your agents.

the full skill set

Every skill the catalog courses ship — research, interviews, value, diagnosis, go-to-market — plus the knowledge-base structure that makes them compound instead of running one-off.

Format

4 weeks: Foundation (weeks 1–2) + the Algorithm Library (weeks 3–4). Everything runs on your own product, gated by artifacts, reviewed in the LMS. Weekly live Q&A sessions. Agent skills for every module.

What it’s built on

The method behind this course is public. This course packages these canon pages into a playbook with exercises:

The complete canon — every course in the catalog draws from the same system this program teaches whole

What you’re probably worried about

“Four weeks is a big commitment next to a one-week course.”

It's the same per-week load (a few hours alongside work) — four weeks because the method has four layers that build on each other. If a single metric is on fire right now, take the catalog course for that task instead; The System will still be here when you want the machine, and the catalog course's artifacts carry over.

“I could just buy all 8 courses.”

You could, and it costs about the same. The flagship sells what the sum doesn't contain: the synthesis between the parts, the artifact gates that force completion, the knowledge base that compounds, and the weekly live Q&A on your hard cases. If you want lessons, buy the bundle; if you want the operating system installed, this is the installation.

“Will I actually finish it?”

The program is gated by artifacts — you move by shipping the exercise, and each week's Q&A is a deadline with humans in it. The structure is built around the completion problem, because we've watched where big courses lose people.
